Panel Sizes

Panels are custom made from the following sizes:

3000 mm x 500 mm
3000 mm x 1000 mm
3000 mm x 1250 mm

Any of these standard sizes can be cut to size upon request.
Each order is custom made due to the many thicknesses that we offer.

Our standard thickness are 6, 10, 14 and 18 mm, but we can customize the thickness upon request.
The recommended thickness will vary depending on the size and type of the application.

The thinnest panel we can produce is 4 mm.
However, 2 mm can be achieved if necessary by sanding down a 4 mm piece.

Please note that panels that are 6 mm thin must be no more than 500 mm wide for stability purposes.
Wider panels of this thickness are more likely to break when handling them.
We recommend that panels that are 1250 mm wide should have a thickness of 18 mm.
